Following up on your cruise ship job application is a proven and effective way of getting your application ahead of all the other cruise job seekers! Recently one of our members, Stacy asked if there was a nice, short, but to-the-point “script” she could use to send out follow up emails to the cruise line companies where she had applied.
This is a very effective technique to use, but must be done correctly. The purpose of the follow up email is to politely inquire about the status of your application. Someone (or something) or an unexpected circumstance may be holding up the application process and a polite inquiry shows that you are very interested in the position and keen on working for the cruise line as soon as possible.
